Jim Collins – Chief Instructor, Owner

Jim Collins has been teaching Emergency Casualty Response Training for 4 decades. Retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service. He has Advance Instructor Certifications through the NRA, the USCCA, and is Designated as a Master Training Specialist by the US Navy. Additionally he is qualified as Incident Commander through the Federal Emergency Management Agency and a Master’s Degree from Marshall University.
